Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly. Usage-based services (SMS, phone numbers, AI voice, email sending, and phone call usage) are billed separately based on actual usage.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, and to comply with applicable communications regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
